Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Health Coverage Finder collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information submitted through this website.
Information You Provide
When you submit a request, we may collect information entered into the form, such as ZIP code, who needs coverage, household size, desired coverage timing, current coverage status, name, phone number, email address, consent checkbox status, and other information you choose to provide.
Some landing pages or partner forms may ask additional eligibility or coverage questions. Do not submit information you do not want used or shared for insurance matching, lead routing, contact, compliance, or related purposes.
This website is not intended to collect Social Security numbers, payment card information, detailed medical records, or full health histories.
Automatically Collected Information
We may collect technical and usage information, including IP-derived information, browser type, device type, operating system, user agent, referring website, landing page URL, date and time, viewport size, advertising source, campaign identifiers, click IDs, form step progress, page version, variant, and consent language shown at submission.
In application records, IP addresses may be stored as hashed values for fraud prevention, attribution, security review, and consent evidence. Hosting, network, security, analytics, or advertising providers may maintain their own logs according to their systems.
Session Replay And Consent Evidence
We may use session replay and event-stream technology to troubleshoot page behavior, verify form submissions, detect fraud or bot activity, improve conversion performance, and document consent. Standard session replay masks raw form values and raw keystrokes before submission.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Advertising, and related analytics integrations to capture how visitors use and interact with our public pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Website usage data may be captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to help determine page popularity, online activity, advertising performance, site optimization, fraud and security review, and lead-flow improvement.
Clarity usage data may include clicks, scrolling, page navigation, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, page interaction data, and custom event or tag values such as internal lead, session, page, variant, and campaign identifiers. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Microsoft states that sensitive form inputs and dropdown values are masked by default. We do not intentionally send raw names, phone numbers, email addresses, ZIP codes, health information, or other raw form values to Clarity as custom tags or custom events. Do not enter information into this website that you do not want processed as described in this policy.
If you submit the form as a lead, we may keep a TCPA evidence record tied to your replay session. That record may include final submitted values, consent text shown at the time of submission, page revision, variant, viewport, timestamp, user agent, hashed IP value, and a snapshot of the form as submitted. This helps reconstruct the submitted page and form path later, even if the page copy, layout, or A/B test changes.
Cookies, Storage, And Testing
We may use cookies, browser session storage, and similar technologies to maintain a replay session identifier, remember an A/B test variant, measure advertising performance, improve page content, route leads, reduce spam, and keep the site functioning. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect attribution, testing, replay, or form functionality.
When enabled for a page, we may use advertising measurement tools such as Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel, and server-side conversion APIs to measure form submissions, phone-link clicks, page views, campaign source, and lead quality outcomes. These tools may use cookies, click identifiers, event identifiers, browser and device details, page URL, user agent, and similar technical data for attribution, optimization, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement.
For submitted leads, advertising integrations may receive an internal lead event identifier and limited attribution data. If an enhanced conversion feature is enabled, submitted email address and phone number may be normalized and hashed before being sent to the advertising provider. We do not intentionally send medical conditions, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, payment information, or detailed medical history to advertising platforms.
Phone-link clicks may be recorded as call-intent events with the displayed phone number, page placement, high-intent state, timestamp, campaign source, user agent, and hashed IP value. A phone click record does not confirm that a completed phone call occurred unless a separate call tracking provider or phone system supplies that result.

Security And Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect submitted information and compliance records. No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain lead records, consent evidence, replay records, campaign events, posting logs, and suppression records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including lead response, legal compliance, advertising analysis, fraud prevention, audit, and dispute handling.
Your Choices And Rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, opt-out, do-not-call, or do-not-sell/share handling for personal information, subject to identity verification and legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, compliance, and recordkeeping exceptions. If your information has already been shared with a partner, that partner may need to process your request separately according to its own privacy practices.
