Health Coverage Finder may share, transfer, disclose, or sell submitted lead information to help respond to your request for insurance information.

Your Request Rights

You may request that we not sell or share your personal information. You may also request deletion or correction of personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, compliance, audit, and recordkeeping exceptions.

How To Submit A Request

To submit a request, email support@health-coverage-finder.com or call (555) 214-7820. Include enough information for us to locate your record, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, state, and approximate date of submission.

Verification

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If we cannot verify your identity or locate your record, we may be unable to complete the request.

Previously Shared Information

If your information has already been shared with an agent, agency, carrier, call center, lead buyer, marketing partner, vendor, or service provider, you may also need to contact that party directly to opt out of their communications or request deletion from their systems.

Internal Suppression

We may retain limited information, such as your phone number, email address, request date, and request source, on an internal suppression list to help honor opt-out, do-not-call, or do-not-sell/share requests.
