Consent to Contact / TCPA Terms
This page explains the contact consent you provide when you submit information through Health Coverage Finder.
Consent Language
By checking the consent box, clicking a submit button, or otherwise submitting your information, you agree to be contacted by Health Coverage Finder and the licensed insurance agents, agencies, marketing partners, call centers, vendors, or service providers that receive your information in connection with your request.
Calls, Texts, Emails, And Automated Technology
You agree that contacts may be made at the phone number and email address you provide about health insurance and related products or services. Where stated in the consent disclosure and allowed by law, contacts may include phone calls, text messages, emails, prerecorded messages, artificial voice messages, or calls/texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Who May Contact You
You may be contacted by Health Coverage Finder, licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, lead buyers, marketing partners, call centers, technology vendors, or service providers that receive your information in connection with your request. Where law requires specific seller-by-seller consent for automated marketing calls or texts, the seller or sender must have legally sufficient consent before using those methods.
Purpose Of Contact
Contacts may relate to health insurance, ACA coverage, private health plans, supplemental products, limited-benefit products, quote assistance, eligibility review, appointment setting, enrollment assistance, follow-up on your request, or related products and services.
Opting Out Or Revoking Consent
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP when supported. You may request not to be called by telling any caller to place you on their do-not-call list. You may also submit an opt-out request through our Contact page or Do Not Call Policy.
Consent Records
We may store proof of consent, including your submitted information, checkbox status, exact consent text shown, timestamp, page URL, page revision, A/B test variant, IP-derived information, user agent, referrer, source, campaign identifiers, click IDs, form HTML snapshot, replay session identifier, and any TrustedForm, Jornaya, or similar consent certificate if used.
Marketplace Consent
If a licensed agent, broker, or web-broker assists you with a Marketplace quote, application, eligibility review, update, enrollment, or plan change, additional documented consumer consent and application review requirements may apply before your Marketplace information is accessed, used, updated, or submitted.
No Purchase Required
Your consent to receive marketing calls, texts, or emails is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
